Basic Service Fee

There is a weekly Basic Service Fee to cover the cost of providing basic services. These services include:

Council rates, water rates, telephone connection, wireless access to the Internet, building insurance, external maintenance and repairs to communal buildings and villas, maintenance of all faults both internal and external, garden (common areas) maintenance, pool maintenance, a weekly shopping shuttle bus, various social events and activities and emergency assistance monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no additional rates or taxes to pay.

The Basic Service Fee does not include additional services such as meals.

Currently the Basic Service Fee is:

  • $96.92 a week per villa – whether occupied by a single person or a couple
