The Kewarra Retirement Village is a new concept in over-55s living

Kewarra Retirement Village and Kewarra Beach Resort, along with Kewarra Residential and Kewarra Aged Care form the larger Kewarra Lifestyle Community, which stretches from a 500 metre ocean frontage one kilometre back to the Captain Cook Highway.

The Master Plan of the overall development shows how we have used the natural environment to partition the four lifestyle precincts to provide a sense of seclusion for each, while the walkways and boardwalks interspersed through the 50 acres of natural habitat provide residents with easy access to all Kewarra Lifestyle Community facilities.
