Payment of Fees

The Basic Service Fee is paid monthly.

Kewarra Retirement Village also provides an option for the pre-payment of service fees by way of an additional accommodation Licence Fee paid on entry. The pre-payment covers all of the services you select regardless of how long you are a resident and is fully refunded on your departure. Like your accommodation Licence Fee, the pre-payment for selected services is secured as first priority against the physical land and buildings of Kewarra Retirement Village and Kewarra Beach Resort and Spa.

Residents who choose this option do not pay any ongoing service fees.
